Labor Day weekend marks the end of the Summer for New Yorkers. Prior to Labor Day is J'ouvert (Joo-vay), the Dusk til dawn celebration aka the start of Carnival in BK. We teamed up with the homie Wah Gwan Twon to bring you that energy that will make Kinfolk feel like The Parkway. On for the night is the FDM pioneer Epic B, our resident DJ Will Gates, DJ ChanaeNay, Wah Gwan Twon, alongside the Mother of Dancehalls Alexa Leighton as our host. We'll be bangin' Dancehall, Soca, Afro, and hip-hop all night! This is our last event of the Summer Season, get your waistlines ready!
